MOTORING NEWS - Datsun South Africa announced their partnership with Smada security services, which will see Datsun supply up to 70 Datsun GO Lux vehicles to form part of their fleet.
The deal was signed at Datsun Melrose Arch and provides for delivery of the vehicles across South Africa.
The head office in Johannesburg buys on behalf of Smada's national operations.
Two consignments of vehicles have already been delivered, the first to KwaZulu-Natal. The rest will be delivered early in 2018.
"What is great is that even though the deal was signed at Melrose Arch, our dealer network allows Smada to connect with the dealer closest to them for care and maintenance.
"We are proud to be part of a network that allows for customer-centric engagement.
"We are where you need us to be," said Donovan Lotter, dealer principal at Datsun Melrose Arch.
This deal goes a long way to highlight the reliability of the Datsun range and emphasises the company's commitment to South Africa and their drive to constantly improve their vehicles.
"We are proud to be part of such an amazing partnership with Smada," commented Des Fenner, GM of Datsun South Africa. "It highlights Datsun's affordable overall cost of ownership and it drives savings to companies investing in fleets.
"More and more major fleets are moving towards the Datsun product and Smada has made the decision that highlights Datsun's overall safety, reliability and affordability."
