GARDEN ROUTE | KAROO NEWS - The South African Weather Services (SAWS) has issued an impact-based warning for damaging winds.
A yellow level 3 warning for damaging waves leading to disruption of small harbours and ports, is expected between Alexander Bay and Plettenberg Bay on Tuesday evening through to Thursday, 13-15 August.
A yellow level 1 warning for damaging winds leading to difficulty in navigation at sea, has been issued for Wednesday, 14 August.
A yellow level 1 warning for damaging interior winds leading to localised problems for high-sided vehicles on prone routes, is expected over southern Namakwa (N. Cape) and the Central Karoo district (W. Cape) on Tuesday afternoon.
