LIFESTYLE NEWS - A teenager named Lucy Hughes from Sussex, England, has invented a biodegradable plastic created from fish guts.
The phrase biodegradable plastic is an oxymoron, as plastic is commonly known as a man-made material that has no ability to disintegrate into the environment around it.
Hughes’ invention won her the James Dyson award grant of $40 000 for her translucent fish gut plastic invention.
