OUDTSHOORN NEWS - The Municipality repaired Jan van Riebeeck Road from Rademeyer Street and Simpson Street last week and will start with slurry seal work, from today, 24 May, until the end of the programme for all repaired roads.
This work needs to be done as it is good for waterproofing the road, skid resistance and restoring the aesthetic appeal of the road.
This will take up to 12 hours to dry and we want to urge residents to be cautious of this. The supervisor will be in constant communication with residents in these areas.
If possible, please use alternative routes, however, if you stay in these areas the supervisor will guide you on how to enter your residence without damaging the working area.
