GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - According to Weather SA, no further rainfall is expected for the western parts of the south coast, however, intermittent showers and rain are still forecast over the far eastern parts of the Garden Route this morning, while clearing by the afternoon.
The yellow 2 warning is cancelled, due to no additional significant rainfall amounts that are expected, leading to no significant or minor impacts.
The accumulated rainfall between 4 and 7 May in the Garden Route is as follows:
George (Witfontein) 26,8mm
Mossel Bay 19mm
Oudtshoorn 18,2mm
Knysna 22,4mm
Plettenberg Bay 50,2mm.
