KAROO NEWS - Two schools in Merweville, George Fredericks Primary and Merweville Primary, recently received a visit from members of the Paarl Rotary Club.
Neville Claasen from George Fredericks Primary and Minet Bensch from Merweville Primary, both received Eduboxes which contains educational toys for early childhood development.
Three schools in Prince Albert, the Prince Albert POP Centre, Prince Albert Primary and Wildekrans Pre-school Centre also received Eduboxes comprising of eight different toys to promote numeracy and fine motor skills during the visit from the Paarl Rotary Club.
Deon Erasmus, President Paarl Rotary said the children at Prince Albert POP Centre could hardly contain their excitement when they received the donation of educational toys.
