KARATE NEWS - A group of karateka from Eden district participated at the Western Cape trials in Stellenbosch on Saturday 4 February, where they won a total of 19 medals (11 gold, seven silver and one bronze).

Karate Zen celebrated its 40th anniversary in Cape Town in December 2022 and held its national awards ceremony at the same event.
Some of the Karate Zen George team under the leadership of sensei Mareon Ferndale were also invited to received a national award.
