UNIONDALE NEWS - Two men, aged 63 and 51, were arrested near Uniondale on Saturday morning after police confiscated Mandrax tablets worth approximately R5,4-million in their possession.
More than 100 000 Mandrax tablets were discovered in hidden panels in the undercarriage of the bakkie.
The drugs and vehicle were confiscated and the two suspects were arrested.
The arrest was made by the Hawks, assisted by a member of the Tsitsikamma K9 Unit.
The suspects are expected to appear in the Uniondale Magistrate's Court today on charges of dealing in drugs.
