ANC dominates North West at just over 60%

NATIONAL NEWS - In the North West Province the African National Congress (ANC) is leading the pack with almost 61 percent of the votes.

So far the ANC seems to be dominating in the province, while the Democratic Alliance and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) are currently neck and neck.

The DA currently has just over 14.48% while Julius Malema’s EFF is sitting at nearly 14.56%.

Three municipalities have already been completed in the North West and 15 are yet to be counted.

Out of the 1.7 million registered voters in this province, about 800,000 cast their ballots yesterday.
