'n Rekord getal van meer as 200 jeugdiges het vanjaar ingeskryf om aan die jaarlikse Oudtshoorn Jeugfees-fietsrybyeenkoms deel te neem. Volgens Corné Bence, die koördineerder van die fees, het deelnemers van die Westelike Provinsie, Kaapse Wynland, Weskus, Eden, Oostelike Provinsie en die Vrystaat ingeskryf.
