Meiringspoort veldren- en bergfietsuitdaag
Verlede Saterdag is die derde gewilde Mei-ringspoort-veldwedloop deur die De Rust-gemeenskap aangebied word. Vanjaar is daar egter ook 'n korter 9,5 km roete naas die 19,5 km aangebied. Altesaam 349 atlete het vanjaar vir die langer, oorspronklike roete vanaf die NG Kerk, oor Barry Meijer se plaas Meijer's Rust en Pieter Schoeman se plaas Voelgesang en terug na die kerk ingeskryf. In 2014 was daar 100 inskrywings en in 2015 was daar 150.
