Black Swan vier twee suksesvolle jare
Die vyf jaarlange droom van Etienne Swiegelaar en Daniël Terblanche om 'n restaurant op Oudtshoorn te besit het in 2014 realiteit geword toe hulle The Black Swan in Baron van Reede-straat begin het. "Om lekker te eet en te kuier is deel van Suid-Afrika se kultuur en met ons passie vir kos is dit 'n groot voorreg om 'n restaurant in Oudtshoorn te kon oopmaak," het Etienne dié week gesê.
