ASWD-kampioenskappe
George-streekatlete het verlede Saterdag geskitter by ASWD- (Eden en Karoo Opvoedkundige Distrikte) kampioenskappe op die De Jagers-sportkompleks in Oudtshoorn. Philip Kleynhans van Hoër Landbouskool Oakdale het ook uitsonderlike prestasies behaal vir seuns o.15 toe hy sy eie rekord in gewigstoot van (16,96 m), wat hy in 2017 opgestel het, verbeter het na 17,41 m (916 punte). Hoërskool Oudtshoorn (Struisies) se atlete het 17 eerste plekke behaal.
